Monday 8/6/12 - 15 Minute Walk (feel free to squeeze this walk in today).
Wednesday 8/8/12 - 20 Minute Walk
Friday 8/10/12 - 15 Minute Walk
Saturday 8/11/12 -.5 Mile Walk
